GreenSmart is the Housing Industry Association’s (HIA) national program promoting sustainable building practices. A GreenSmart home considers energy efficiency, water use, thermal performance, material choices, and site orientation — all while ensuring comfort and performance year-round. At Willbuild Homes, we’ve been accredited as GreenSmart Professional Designers and Builders since 2012, proudly applying these principles to projects across Southern Tasmania for over a decade.
